Katie’s effort during the month of June has definitely paid dividends. She has currently lost 15lb in 7 weeks since starting at Bodypro. She has completed two sessions per week with us and whenever she gets a spare 20 minutes she uses the cross trainer at home. Small maintainable changes were made to Katie’s eating and drinking habits when she first started and this has been the deciding factor in the progress made so far. Katie has a 6 month old daughter and has just started back at work after maternity leave so finding time isn’t always easy but she has really shown what can be done when time is managed well and priorities are in order with a bit of determination.
