start your bodypro journey
We kick things off properly at Bodypro, which means we need to get to know your current health and lifestyle during your client induction session.
A 90-minute session to begin with, including a weigh in and strength & fitness tests, don't be fooled it'll be far from easy.
During this first on-boarding, we'll also get to know your current lifestyle and any previous injuries or ailments that we need to be conscious of–so if you've a dodgy knee that hurts when you run, or a sore back when you squat we can decide the best course of action. Similarly, if boxing is something you enjoy, we'll work to include it as part of your workouts.
