Client: Kyle Pickering Kyle started at BodyPro mid July with a goal of losing weight before a family trip to America later this year. He set himself a personal target (16 weeks prior to his holiday) to lose a stone before he went away. Kyle managed to do that in his first six weeks of training. Initial session weight – 14st4lbs Current weight – 13st2lbs Kyle’s lifestlye before starting at BodyPro was full of convenience foods whilst he was working, and lacked in regular exercise. He now focuses on planning meals ahead which has helped him in controlling the quality of foods that he eats. A typical day now consists of 3 meals with 2 snacks in between those meals to keep a steady flow of calories going in, helping him to avoid snacking late in the evening. Kyle also trains 4 to 5 times a week now including 2 to 3 sessions a week at Body Pro including a mixture of condition style workouts alongside his resistance training.
