Service Description

Everyone is at a current stage of their journey when they walk through the doors at Bodypro. We've all got preferences on what we like and dislike, old injuries and niggles, and different objectives. All our clients train for different reasons, therefore shouldn't be treated the same. After you've completed your client induction questionnaire, we'll review your personalised report and chat chat through your health and fitness goals and objectives. And how they'll fit in around life. We'll give some initial advice around nutrition, working around injuries, developing weaknesses, what a week of training looks like and ultimately, what you like and dislike in the gym. Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations with less than 36 hours notice are chargeable.
