A 1hr session designed around your specific goals.
We'll stretch, get you warmed up and then get straight into the workout.
So whether it's fat loss or strength gains, one-rep max or 5km training, stress release or full-flow, our sessions will get you stronger, leaner, faster and fitter.
There's no blueprint here–each session is specifically designed to meet your objectives. Or maybe, you'll be (un)lucky enough to take on one of the Bodypro Challenges...

For some people one-on-one training isn't for them, seeking the motivation and competition of a friend, partner, or family member to help get them through it.
Our group sessions, with between 2-4 people are a great way to get more bang for your buck.
Many clients enjoy having someone that holds them accountable, so they have no choice but to turn up each week.
Pick carefully though, we aren't umpiring or breaking up any arguments.
SAVE UP TO £100
For those with serious training goals, the bulk-buy sessions are a popular favourite. Simply buy a set number of sessions and book them all in at once, or sporadically, the choise is yours.
Research has found that people that bulk-purchase sessions are also more likely to turn up to their training.
Light on admin, heavy on results–don't worry, we'll let you know when they're running low.
Save your energy for the training–leave the admin to us.
