Healthy Chicken pie

Healthy Chicken pie Ingredients Cooking oil spray 500g chicken breast 1 tbsp plain flour 175ml chicken stock 90g Philadelphia lightest 500g frozen mixed veg 320g ready rolled reduced fat puff pastry 1 tbsp skimmed milk 1-spray a large saucepan with oil 2-add the chicken to the pan and cook until golden brown, then add the flour and cook whole stirring for 1 min. 3-Add the stock, stir well and bring to boil. Reduce the light to low and simmer for 2-3 mins until sauce thickens then add the Philadelphia and vegetables. Cook until piping hot. 4-Heat oven to 200*c/180*c fan, gas. Divide chicken mixture among 4 x 250ml pie dishes and put on a large baking tray. Cut 4 x 12cm rounds from the pastry, then top each dish with a pastry round, pinching or pressing the edges to seal. 5-brush with milk and bake for 15-20 mins until golden and crisp Per serving 434kcal 9.6g fat 6.2g saturates 36.4 carbs 5.3g sugars 6.5g fibre 40.7g protein 1.3g salt 122mg calcium 2.3mg iron
