Qualifications include:

  • Intrinsic biomechanics coach

  • Level 4 back pain specialist 

  • Level 3 personal trainer/strength and conditioner 

  • Trainee level 4 nutritionist 


Enjoy hybrid training, combination of powerlifting and Olympic lifts but enjoy doing swim runs and playing rugby. I'm sport-obsessed, watching any sport from golf, rugby league, to world strongest man and CrossFit!
