I’m passionate about introducing clients to resistance training, teaching them how to lift weights and guiding them along a journey of realising their true strength with a holistic approach. 

When training with clients I take into consideration mental well-being as well as physical longevity alongside implementing sustainable nutritional habits to help clients towards achieving their health and fitness goals. 

Qualifications include: 

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer

  • Certified Sports & Exercise Nutritionist

  • Certified Boxercise Instructor 

Fitness interests:

I’ve lifted weights since I was 15, practicing meditation, listening to podcasts about health and fitness, practicing yoga, watching footy, playing cricket & golf, as well as going on adventures and hikes with my dogs.
