This one couldn’t get much easier, 20 mins including prep, a healthy dose of carbs, fats and proteins with a massive hit for the taste buds!
Coconut oil x 1tsp
Hake x 1 fillet per person
Lentils x 75g per person
Coconut milk x ½ tin per person
Red curry paste x 1tbsp
Salt and pepper
Fresh coriander
cherry toms x 5 per person

  • Add the oil to a frying pan
  • Once melted add the Hake and cook for one minute on each side
  • Then add the Lentils, coconut milk, curry paste, and tomatoes
  • Simmer until Hake is cooked through and add salt, pepper and coriander
