BodyPro Personal Training

Our client of the month for September is Danielle Smith. Danielle has made great progress with her weight loss goal up to date and is now only 3lbs off her target set for mid-September. In total Danielle has lost 1 and a ½ stone since she started at Bodypro.
Danielle has done this through increasing her volume of training to approximately four gym sessions a week, and really focused on tightening up her eating habits day to day.
Keep up the good work Danielle, and well done from the Bodypro Team!
