Octobers Client of The Month goes to Aisha
She only started at Bodypro on the 1st Aug and has improved so much already. Aisha came to Body Pro with very little knowledge of exercise and a habit of late night snacking.
Aisha has made changes to her diet by cutting out sugar and late night snacking along with her training at Body Pro to achieve the following goals:
- lost 16 lbs in weight,
- lost 20cm from her circumference,
- lowered her heart rate during the 3 min YMCA step test by 18bpm,
- improved on her plank test by 35 seconds,
- improved her Treadmill Cooper test score by 10%,
