BodyPro Personal Training

February’s client of the month is Sue Cottrill. Sue has managed to reach a 10lb loss in weight with 70% of that being a loss in bodyfat.
Sue combines a clean eating regime, with daily gym sessions including one session a week here at Bodypro and the rest at her own gym including resistance training, cardiovascular work and exercise classes.
Sue took part in the Dryathlon in January and it is that type of discipline and consistency which has allowed her to achieve these results.
Well done Sue!
