Our client of the month is Joan. Joan has been back training recently after a hip replacement. She has been working hard and is now retuning to a good level of fitness regardless of the operation. Craig has modified her training to incorporate post op rehab work and Joan is responding well. It doesn’t matter if your injured short term or long term we will find an effective way to train all of our clients, Joan is a great example of this. Don’t use injury as an excuse.
