Banana Bread
Ingredients
3 large overripe bananas
140g whole wheat flour
100g self-raising flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
150g Greek yoghurt
4tbsp honey
30g pecan nuts
Method
Mix all the ingredients together in a large dish and then transfer into a loaf tin and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes at 140 degrees fan (160).
