Jonny’s main short term goal was to loose 14lbs (1 stone) in the six months he was
not at university over the summer. Jonny also decided that he drastically wanted
to improve his cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, strength and flexibility
during this period so that he could play for the university rugby team when he returned
to university and also to improve his overall well being.
Following implementation of this training regimen and nutritional intake had great
results on Jonny’s stats as shown in the table below:
