Glynn has been training at Bodypro for ten weeks where he has used this time to
gain knowledge on how to train effectively for the rest of the week. Ashley designed
Glynn’s programme so that he would complete a resistance orientated session at Bodypro
and encouraged Glynn to participate in as many different types of cardiovascular
training as possible including outside running, mountain biking, swimming, one other
gym session per week and the occasional Pilate’s DVD session.
