HEALTHY EATING RECIPES
Healthy quiche
Ingredients
Vegetables of choice; peppers, onions, leeks, courgette, peas
150g cottage cheese
3 eggs
Preheat oven at 200
Sweat your vegetables in a frying pan with a little olive oil for around 5 mins or until soft. Whilst they are cooking beat the 3 eggs in a jug and mix in the cottage cheese. When the vegetables are ready mix into the egg and cottage cheese and pour into a non stick small sandwich tin.
Then place in the oven for approx 30 mins or until golden and cooked through
